 About Us & The Rental Process Link2Hawaii.com is a division of Link Properties and is owned by Tom and Greg Link. Tom lives in Southern California and handles rental arrangements. Greg and his wife, Lani, live in Waikiki. Greg and Lani check in guests and maintain the condos. Tom prepares rental agreements and emails them to guests. A signed rental agreement and deposit is required to reserve a condo. We also sign the agreement, and we send a copy to the guest along with a receipt. Guests provide their arrival information and Greg meets them for check in. Not sure what to do while in Hawaii? We are always happy to provide advice on restaurants and activities. |
